All our items have an stock indication, mostly all of our items are in stock. Items in stock will be shipped the same day if the order is completed before 22.00; In that case the order will be delivered the next day in The Netherlands. Shipment towards other countries will take a few days more, even as items which aren’t in stock.

Costs of shipment
We don’t calculate any shipment costs. 

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order until 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After canceling you have 14 days to send your product back. You’ll get the full order amount, including shipping credited. Only the costs for the return of your house to the shop are for own account.

If you use your right of withdrawal, return the product with all accessories and - if reasonably - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via servicedesk@byvisor.com or you can use the return form.

We will then discuss the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return refund.
